So… this is my first post on the Sodapop quilt along. I decided to join as I had started a couple of quilts in the last year, but going alone I seemed to lose interest or be daunted by piecing together and finishing off. I am hoping that joining in will get me through to the end and I can gain inspiration and knowledge for everyone else along the way.

I’ve started with a bang, and managed to cut out all the 285 squares.

I feel like I’m reporting in on my homework from the weekend, but it’s quiet exciting to see it coming together already.
